Thankfully this is my last week of classes for this term. I am feeling confident and I am seeing a 4.o GPA on the horizon. There is one class in the way but we will see how it all works out. Finals next week and then I have a tiny little summer break before summer school. Graduation in upon me in the fall and that feels pretty good, especially since my sister (three years my junior) just graduated last weekend. Congrats to her! Now I can't have little sis being cooler then me. She has graduated with honors, is now a federal agent, will be carrying a gun on a regular basis, and after her training down in Georgia all summer she will probably be able to kick my ass. The coolest thing is that she gets a car with a siren and a little "whoop whoop" light so she can park anywhere. Proud but a little envious. D.C. watch out, there is a new shariff in town.
Back to my point. I have been kind of, sort of, using this new search engine. It does this cluster thing that makes it really easy to find what you are looking for. I know google is the say all be all of search engines but this new one is worth a look. Please post some comments on what you think.

A real quick post here. I think I just wrote a really funny joke in the shower. I wish there was a way to have a pad and paper with me in the shower because I have great ideas in there. Now, here is the joke:

I am about as politically correct as a mulatto!

Feel free to bounce this one off your friends and find out what they think. Have a good weekend!

I guess you could say today was a good day. I didn’t have to use my A-K. I also kicked ass at a job interview this morning. The job interviews have been just rolling in! The one today was for a market analysis consulting firm and I would basically be coming in early in the morning and aggregating all the market information for firms that purchase that information from the company that I am working with. After the world starts churning at nine, I will be able to work on special analytical projects for different companies. This is what I want to be doing for a career, would look great for my resume, and the office is in a really cool building. I love skyscrapers! I think that the New York skyline is so beautiful. It shows the ability and ambition of the human spirit and is much more attractive then some ancient ruins romanticizing a primitive past. It all sounds great but I have another interview on Wednesday. This interview is for a music production/record label. I think it would be fun to work in the music biz but I am worried that it is not going to pay as well as the market analysis job. In all actuality the stuff I would be doing at the production company would involve mostly menial office work, dealing with fan mail, and sending out promotional things. I have a good feeling about the job I interviewed for today and if I get both jobs I really don’t know what I will do. The music company is a country label, which I am not so into, but it also would look good on my resume if I moved on to PR or marketing work with another label. I really shouldn’t worry until I find out if I get any of the jobs. At least I will have some cash flow regardless and be able to really start dating more. Dating would be nice because white pants season is nearing and I have an itch to scratch.

I might come off as something of a softie in this post. I have a habit of falling in love with really well produced singer songwriter chick types. Understand that I don't buy there cds or go out to there shows out of disguise, but I have a habit of becoming a little "clingy" when it comes to these sweet muses of the loin. I cannot stop listening to this little NYC baby snake named maryanne marino. She has the most sultry voice I have ever heard, she is a great songwriter, and in some of the pictures on her website she is holding a melodica. The melodica, for those of you who don't know, is a staple in The Good Flame diet. It is the tube that is often coming out of wally's mouth in good flame pictures. On sweet maryanne's site there is a couple of songs but if you go to her myspace page there is twice as many. If you search really hard through her friends on myspace, you will see me. Look hard...
I know she plays at the Bitter End everyonce in a while and I play there sometimes. I am going to track her down and we are going to have singer/songwriter babies.
I want to point out that me absolutely loving her does not make me a little wussy boy, sap, or overly sensitive williamsburg type. I rock. That is what I do. I just sit and listen to that "dear mom and dad" song of hers over and over again when I get home at night after a rough day.
In other news I purchased my porcupine tree tickets the other day! Jordan Rudess' side project is opening for them and I can't wait to be surrounded by a bunch of prog rocker men. Now that is what I call a concert.

So for those who know me, you know that the idea of stand-up comedy has always been a dream of mine. You know this from the fact that when ever someone who I have never met comes around I give an onslaught of my humor. I figured it is time for this humor to reach the world stage. I am going to unleash some of my jokes on the blogging public.

You know what is great about a paraplegic stripper? You get to take her clothes off!

No seriously folks this is true:

For a long time I thought my destiny was not just to play killer music with the good flame but I would have to augment that with a side career of being a puppeteer. This didn’t work out because I couldn’t afford any original puppets. So right now I am just looking for some hand jobs.

Don’t forget to tip your bartender.

So I had a bit of a Pepto-Bismol accident in my book bag the other day. It sucks because it stained some of the pages with this pink color. I thought to myself, “Shit, know they are going to think I highlighted all the stupid shit”!

No seriously folks, try the fish.

So let me know what you think. I think the road is calling. the last one is a new one that I came up with the other day and the arab guys downstairs loved it. Yes, it killed.
